We are looking for an Artist Manager who understands music, people and opportunity, and can help take Original Sing's artists and releases further through relationships, representation and business development.
The Role
The Artist Manager will:
- Represent Original Sing artists across relevant opportunities
- Build relationships across music, entertainment, brands, events and media
- Identify collaborations, performances, appearances and partnership opportunities
- Pitch releases and artists to relevant industry contacts
- Explore brand, licensing, sync and other commercial opportunities
- Support release planning, promotion and industry outreach
- Manage incoming opportunities and help take conversations through to closure
- Build a meaningful pipeline of opportunities for Original Sing

- Someone who genuinely connects with what Original Sing is creating and wants to help take it further
Industry contacts are valuable, but music sense, judgement and genuine enthusiasm for Original Sing matter just as much.
Working Structure
This role is based in Mumbai.
Being in Mumbai matters because the Artist Manager will work closely with the Founder, artists and industry ecosystem, with in-person collaboration and meetings happening whenever useful.
There are no conventional working-hour expectations. What matters is ownership, responsiveness, relationships built and outcomes delivered.
Commercial Structure
The role offers ₹25,000 per month, initially for a 3-month engagement, followed by a review based on progress, contribution and fit.
In addition, the role includes a performance-linked incentive of up to 10% on new business directly originated and closed through the Artist Manager's efforts.
Success will not be measured only by immediate revenue. The quality of relationships built, outreach, meetings, introductions and the commercial pipeline created will also matter.
